Any moms out there get rid of their mom belly?
umm well my baby is almost 4 mths and my flab is just now starting to go away, slowly but surely..lol..of course some of us always keep the little pouche or whatever you call it below the belly on, that i still have, i hate. I have 3 kids and i think i look pretty good for that. I've always been active and was active during my whole pregnancy with this last one and almost immediately hit the gym after having him. I work out 1-3 hrs and do lots of crunches, pilates and yoga help a lot too. I do the treadmill for 30 minutes and I do another machine, i don't know what it's called but it looks like you're running on it and you can add the arms too, i always make sure i tightened my glutes and abs when i do that machine, i'm a firm believer that if you tighten up you get better results. Just have patience, i don't know how long it's been since you've had your baby but you'll be back to your old self again..you exercise and you'll be fine.
