Doggg Spray ?
Yes they sell the sprays at pet stores. You just spray the stuff on the rug and it smells bad to them. It doesn't ruin your rugs or anything. Some names are Boundary Dog Repellent, Farnam B'have dog repellent and Four Paws just to name a few. They have many products out there for this.
