A dog is dripping water out of its and barfing a little. Whats wrong?

Shes a spayed Lab/shepperd mix always been very healthy. We noticed earlier today that she was throwing up water. Well a few hours ago we went outside and there were puddles of water where she had layed and you could tell it was coming from her . No, she hasn't got in any water it's literally dripping from her cause i sat there and watched. But whats wrong with her?
