I am freaking out ! ? some kind of nest?

i don't know if they are termites or what kinda looks like a dirt dobber nest ?! i sprayed it & things that looked like maggots came out, i have the woolies uggh sorry , does maggots make nests? can someone please help me figure out i tried to look up termite nests but couldn't get a good enough pic, i wanna get moved outta this house anyhow had a damn trantual in here last summer :((
