Am i Insane or what? what the hell kinda weird syndrome is this? Plz read and help.

Maybe do some research on Tourettes Syndrome. Uncontrollable twitching is a definite sign of that. Although, it is a SYNDROME, so not all symptoms will apply and you may have symptoms that nobody else has. Just a launching point for you. Good luck!
