How can I convert a PSD file?

I was Emailed a file for a logo for my business, but it is in PSD format, and I don't have Photoshop. I cant seem to even open it in Acrobat. I need to use it in Microsoft Office Publisher, and it doesn't recognize the file type. If you have Photoshop, I can email it to you and have you email it back as Jpeg!
