I might be rejected from every college I applied to... what next?

It's your SAT that's hurting you the most, definitely take that again and try to get at least 2000. If you do get rejected everywhere you'll have to go to community college for at least a year, there likely aren't any colleges still accepting applications for this coming fall (at least none that you'd want to go to). I'm sorry you must have had poor guidance on this, you should've applied to more safety schools.
