How did that happen and why?

my mom used to work at a clinic in mexico a few years ago, one day she went to the room where the aborted baby's were kept in jars on the top floor. She says that one day she went upstairs to drop something and went into that room and she says that she say tinny baby foot prints all over a pile of fresh cement in the room. Why was the cement there no clue dint ask im guessing fixing the floor. As she saw the foot prints she ran down stairs to get the doctor but when she came back the foot prints were gone.
